Replaceable, Recycle, and Reuse sturctures

Alumina ceramics are industrial oxide ceramics with high hardness and durability. It is made from bauxite and can be molded using injection molding, molding and extrusion.

Alumina ceramics are essentially non-polluting, which means they are completely inert and non-toxic. For example, aluminum oxide (Alumina) powders are certified safe for use in cosmetic products such as antiperspirants and deodorants, with little risk of cytotoxicity, immunotoxicity, reproductive toxicity or bioaccumulation.

Another key indicator of sustainability is the extent to which materials are recycled and reused. Since the ceramic material does not degrade naturally, it is not easy to decompose into raw materials for transformation. Once aggregated, however, ceramic waste has unique applications.

However, some engineers have turned this trap into a potentially sustainable solution, using recycled crushed ceramic crushed rock (RCCR) to stabilize expansive soils and facilitate new breakthroughs in geotechnical engineering. Research has shown that RCCR is technically feasible in stabilizing expansive high expansive soils (HES), meaning that aggregated ceramic waste can continue to contribute to a healthy environment beyond its constituent life cycle.

Alumina ceramics have the characteristics of high hardness, heat resistance, high density, wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance. The product structure is replaceable and refillable.
