Samples: We can supply free samples for in-stock styles and charge basic fees for custom samples. The sample lead time is approximately 7-10 days, and for those with unique process needs, the sample lead time is approximately 14 days. After your order is confirmed, the cost of the sample will be refunded to you. Bamboo proofing usually does not necessitate charging a mold fee. If you need to customize a new bottle type and size, you must charge a mold cost for the plastic parts. The mold charge is not required if you use the existing plastic parts model.
Sample transportation: Sending the sample requires the customer to provide the Courier account number and recipient's detailed information. If you do not have the Courier account number, we need to charge the actual sample delivery fee. We will complete all the documents related to the sample delivery to ensure the smooth arrival of the sample. Generally, it takes 3 days to arrive by air to Europe, 4 days to the United States and 2 days to Southeast Asia.
